Shipping policy

Once you have placed an order please allow approximately 2-5 business days for processing.  Once the item has shipped,  we will provide you with a order/tracking number. 

All orders have an Economy shipping cost of $7.99 (Excluding occasional free shipping promotions) and all orders are shipped via USPS. 

Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. 

Orders shipped to the US via Economy shipping (USPS) can take approximately 5-8 business days.  Most packages ship sooner but we ask for this processing time. 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by USPS. KXSoulPoise does not insure packages unless requested by the customer (additional fee will be added).
